Dinner Only vs Everything

Choose from 2 plans:  Dinner only or the Everything Plan which includes Dinner Only PLUS a complete Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dinner plan. All plans run Sunday through Saturday, and are ready to download Friday at noon CST.

Every recipe includes Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Fitness Friendly adaptions.  Fitness adjustments are taken from Trim Healthy Mama and Fit Yummy Mummy guidelines.

View your meal plan and shopping list right from your phone.  Each person in the family can see the shopping list on their own device with the Out of Milk app.
